First, Toshie will meet with you and discuss to evaluate your current situations, go over the training history and analyze the exact training course(s) needed. This is the first step Toshie has to take before submitting a cost proposal. She will help you prioritize the sequence of training programs and suggest other recommendations to ensure that your investment will be most effective.
  2. Motiva’s courses are custom-designed for your specific goals and challenges. Toshie will take various sections from one course and other elements from another to customize the program to make it most effective for your training needs. Training will be conducted at a time and a place to suit your schedule and convenience.
  3. Motiva collaborates with managers and supervisors to follow up with employee coaching to enforce the application of new knowledge and skills in order to maximize the training effectiveness. Collaborative team effort between the management, employees and Motiva creates a significant difference in the results.
  4. Motiva tailor-designs employee performance evaluation forms for specific businesses and work positions. Unlike generic evaluation form templates, custom-designed forms are (1) easy for employees and managers to clearly understand what are expected, (2) helpful to maintain good performance and behavior standards in a consistent manner, and (3) effective to accurately evaluate individuals’ efforts and contributions. TRAINING & CONSULTING FEES

Fees for training and consulting services will be arranged after the initial discussion with the prospective client to determine the specific needs. We generally set the fees based on the number of participant and the length and complexity of the training programs required to fulfill the goals.
